NTA NEET Counselling 2019- Dates, Seat Allotment, Procedure, Schedule, Eligibility Details

The Medical Counseling Committee of NEET is going to conduct counselling for MBBS/ BDS admission 2019 through NEET 2019. The MCC & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Government of India are responsible for Seat Allotment all over All India Quota.

Here we provide all procedure of NEET UG 2019 Under Graduate counselling for Medical / Dental Seats. Neet COUNSELING 2019 will start from June 2019 (Round-1) and Round 2 counselling starts from July 2019.NEET-Counselling-2019

The applicants can check step wise process of Neet counselling on MBBS/ BDS seats. The MCC is going to conduct all India Quota counselling. You can check seat matrix college wise/ state wise.

NTA NEET 2019 Counselling Details

As per the information available on MCI & DCI websites, there was approximately 65K+ seats of MBBS in 470+ medical colleges and nearly 25K+ seats in BDS in 308+ Dental colleges available.

After the declaration of NEET result, the counselling will start through online mode. The candidates will also get the NEET cut off marks after the declaration of result.

The counselling procedure for 15% All India Quota seats, Deemed Universities/Central Universities/Seats of ESIC & AFMC including BHU & AMU is managed by the Medical Council Committee.

Documents Required at the time of NTA NEET Counselling

Below we are providing all list of documents required for NEET-UG 2019 counselling or at the time of reporting the Medical and Dental college after Seat Allocation result.

Admit Cards of Exam issued by National Testing Agency (NTA).

Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.

Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)

Class 10th Certificate

Class 10+2 Certificate

Class 10+2 Marks Sheet

Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.

Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.

Proof of identity.

The Candidate should also bring the following certificate (OBC/ ST/ SC/ PH etc).

NEET Counselling for 15% AIQ:

For 15% all India quota seats, the counselling is managed by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India. The candidates those score above 15% All India cut-off would be able to participate in All India counselling.

The seats will be allotted as per the all India rank of the candidate and filled choices. Candidates, those will participate in this counselling can also take part in state quota counselling of their respective states.

State MBBS/BDS Counselling 2019:

For 85% State quota and other seats falling under the ambit of States, candidates may apply to their domicile states and a merit list as per State rules and based on All India Rank are prepared by concerned Counselling Authorities.

The counselling for Private Medical Colleges is also be conducted by the concerned State Counselling Authority. The 85% state quota counselling is conducted for admission in the state medical & dental colleges.

Procedure of NEET 2019 Counselling

Step1: Complete your Counseling Registration

Step2: Choose seats and Locking of choices

Step3: Round 1 Seat Allotment Begins on MBBS/ BDS Seats

Step4: After complete step 3, Result declaration of round-1 counselling.

Step5:When Neet 2019 counselling result declared applicants required to reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round.

Step 6: After 1st round, Release list of available seats.

Step7: Eligible candidates can submit Fresh Choice for 2nd round.

Step8: Process of Seat Allotment of neet 2019 through Round 2

Step9: Result declared of round 2nd.

Step 10: Reporting at the allotted Medical / Dental Colleges /Institutions against Round 2

Step11: Round 3 Seat Allotment Begins (MBBS/ BDS) when MBBS/ BDS seats vacant after counselling 2nd.

Step12: Result of Round 3 Counselling and reporting dates.

Check Eligibility for NEET Counselling 2nd Round

Group–I: Registered applicants who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round of seat allotment and have submitted fresh choices as per the vacancies shown before the second round of counseling.

Group-II: Registered candidates, whose 1st round allotted Seat Cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission, who had secured seat under reserved quota, due to change of Category from reserved to Unreserved or PH status from Yes to No or from PH -1 to PH-2, subject to eligibility in changed category, such candidates will be considered for seat allotment in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective changed category.
